Role Description
Role Description:
As Scrum Master you will be part of project leadership team of Incedo. You will be based out of Incedo's Chennai Deliver Center & lead a team of IT professionals & responsible for end to end delivery of complex projects under latest Agile SAFe 5.0 Scrum Methodology using emerging technologies, cloud based projects, mostly in Network IT domain of Telecom.
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Project Planning, executing, controlling, closure of projects, creation of teams and cost effective project delivery.
• Managing team of Developers/Designers/Testers.
• Managing projects in fast paced agile ecosystem and ensuring quality deliverables within stringent timelines
• Client management, Effective communication to identify customer needs and evaluate alternative business solution
• Responsible for architecture design and review.
• Publishing project metrics dashboard to internal and external stakeholder.
• Publishing weekly and monthly status reports.
• Own and enforce high quality development practices and procedures, as well as maintaining secure coding standards, through the adoption of test-driven development (TDD), paired programming, peer code reviews, and software build automation.
• Provide oversight and guidance to team members during regular technical activities within an Agile environment:
• Drive continuous improvement in a Lean/Agile environment, implementing DevOps delivery approaches encompassing CI/CD, build automation and deployments.
• Acts as the development team's escalation point to other IT functions, as well as to internal business partners and external vendors as necessary.
• Effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to senior level management and business partners.

Qualifications and Abilities:

• BE/B.Tech Graduate in Electronics/Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience including minimum of 5 years as a Scrum Master in IT services preferably in Telecom Sector. Experience in Network IT would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in Full-Stack technologies (Java, Springboot, Microservices, Angular/React JS, Node JS, Postgres), AWS/MS Cloud migration, Collaboration Tools, Dev Ops and Automated Testing is essential
• Able to establish standard development practices and processes. Involvement in project planning - forecast, monitor, and review all project aspects along with costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
• Inclination to learn new technologies and keep team updated as well
• Deep knowledge of the web application development ecosystem, tooling, methodologies, and best practices.
• Understanding of Java application stacks and JavaScript frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in scrum methodology (Sprint planning, execution and retrospection) is a must
