Job Description

Recipe creation: Developing and modifying recipes to meet the needs of the restaurant\'s customers and to ensure that food is of a consistently high quality. Purchasing and inventory management: Overseeing the purchasing of ingredients and supplies needed for the kitchen, and ensuring that inventory is kept at optimal levels. Cooking: Preparing and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards, and ensuring that food is properly cooked, seasoned, and presented. Staff management: Supervising and training kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other kitchen personnel. Food safety and hygiene: Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is done in a safe and hygienic manner, in accordance with local health and safety regulations. Kitchen maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and cleaning of the kitchen and all equipment, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order. Cost control: Monitoring and controlling food and labor costs, and ensuring that the kitchen operates within budget. Customer service: Interacting with customers to ensure that their dining experience is a positive one, and responding to any complaints or issues that may arise. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
