Key responsibilities

Food preparation and cooking

: Prepare and cook a wide range of Mughlai dishes, following traditional recipes and techniques.

Kitchen management

: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.

Quality control

: Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

Inventory and ordering

: Manage and monitor food stock, ensure the freshness of ingredients, and place orders as needed.

Menu development

: Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal menus, sometimes collaborating with management on promotions.

Hygiene and safety

: Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
