Create and nurture relationships with nonprofit organizations across the world.
Analyze and benchmark existing nonprofit network to identify opportunities for growth and provide great experiences to volunteers.
Growth the number of nonprofits in each geographic region while maintaining a focus on high quality.
Plan and execute locally relevant partnerships and deal for activating supply growth.
Work with and mentor junior team members in their efforts
Collaborate with marketing, sales, to accelerate growth.
Find nonprofits that match the needs of existing volunteers.
Use data to derive insights, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Build long-term relationships with nonprofit and help them get their volunteering programs off the ground.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best solution for their needs
Skills And Expertise:
2-3 years of work experience preferably in a sales role (experience working with global customers)
Flawless communication skills (both written and verbal)
Have a strong work ethic and be able to make connections with ease.
Demonstrated ability of being able to lead in a team as well as the ability to work solo.
A high degree of creativity and innovation, with proven examples of applying knowledge, experience, and judgment to ambiguous problems.
Accountability and personal organization are essential.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple competing priorities
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.
Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
