Sales & Marketing (Pre-Sales/Technical Sales) Role: Explain complex technical products (e.g., industrial equipment, energy solutions) to non-technical clients, create proposals, and support sales teams. Duties: Client communication, market research, product demonstration, solution design. 2. Operations & Production Role: Oversee manufacturing, quality, or service delivery for physical products or processes. Duties: Production supervision, quality control, process optimization, on-site troubleshooting, customer service. 3. Project Management Role: Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, coordinating teams and resources. Duties: Planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication. 4. Consulting & Business Analysis Role: Analyze business problems, research market trends, and propose strategic solutions, leveraging engineering logic. Duties: Client meetings, data analysis, report writing, market research. 5. Supply Chain & Procurement Role: Source materials, manage vendor relationships, and optimize logistics for engineering-related goods.
