-Provide Customer Support- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
Eligibility: UG/Graduate
With Minimun - 1 year international BPO Exp (6 MONTHS CHAT/EMAIL Mandatory)
Can consider - 1 year Bpo Exp( 6 months domestic +6 months International)
Total Experience Required- 1 Year
Educational Qualification: Any UG/Graduates
Salary UPTO 26K CTC- Non Negotiable (30% hike on Lat CTC)
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Work Days:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs
