• 6+ years of experience working directly with development teams.
• Good hands-on experience on Node JS, React JS and AWS.
• Experience with DevOps and Jenkins.
• Good to have CDK experience.
• Experience on Agile way of working.
• Excellent Communication and Client handling skill required.
• Lead the delivery team to facilitate successful delivery & monitor the quality aspects of the teams\xe2\x80\x99 deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, backlog grooming, estimations and design technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and optimized.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of technical development.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Identify technical issues and provide solutions to resolve them.
• Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Strong Debugging skills
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. React JS, Node JS)
• Hands on experience on DevOps and AWS services.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Identify process improvements and automation areas.
• Experience with DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience on working with Agile teams.
• Excellent Communication and Client handling skills.

Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years

B.Tech/B.E/MCA
