Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using

. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

API Development and Integration

Build and manage

RESTful

GraphQL APIs

. Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources.

Database Management

Design and manage databases (e.g.,

MongoDB

PostgreSQL

). Implement data models, write queries, and ensure efficient data access.

Real-Time Application Development

Implement

real-time features

using tools like

WebSockets

or

Socket.io

.

Technical and Architectural Responsibilities

Application Architecture & Design Patterns

Apply best practices and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) for robust application architecture. Ensure modular, reusable, and scalable code structure.

Performance Optimization

Optimize applications for

speed

,

scalability

, and

efficiency

. Implement caching strategies (e.g., Redis) and handle asynchronous operations effectively.

Security Implementation

Ensure data protection and secure authentication/authorization using

JWT

OAuth

, etc. Protect applications against common vulnerabilities (XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection).

Collaboration & Communication

Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

Work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and UI/UX designers. Participate in agile development processes (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews).

Documentation and Maintenance

Write clear technical documentation for APIs, modules, and system architecture. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
