Mandatory Skills : Monitoring tools, ITIL, Linux, Communication
3 to 4 years Experience,
Immediate / 20 days,
Work Location : Bangalore, Subramanya Arcade,
- 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of Proactive Monitoring experience in NOC and Incident Management Exp.
- Monitoring cloud services/cloud alerts is an advantage
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Ready to work in night shifts on a rotation basis.
- 10 hours of shift per day , four days a week work.
- Knowledge of ITIL Processes, Basic knowledge of Linux, Basic knowledge of database (RDBMS) and Basic knowledge of network (no need of certification in any of the mentioned technologies)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Logic Mon, SolarWinds, Nagios or Other tools monitoring workflows
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills of problems
- Knowledge on Service Now ticket management tool
