:1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of resolution.3. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.4. Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.5. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Desired Skills and Competencies :Any Bachelor's degree.Good Communication skills.Problem and Issue handling skills.Ability to handle customer concern with a positive note.Proactive and Situation handling skills.Basic Computer/Excel knowledgeTaking ResponsibilityMinimum 1 year Customer support experience from service industries.Language- English and Hindi Mandate( Kannada,Tamil and Telugu will be additional preference)- Prefer to work on weekends.
