Job Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, balancing the day's accounts, and providing excellent guest service. This role combines accounting duties with front office responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and security during the night.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform nightly balancing of guest accounts and reconcile daily financial transactions. Process and audit guest folios, room charges, and other hotel revenues. Prepare daily reports, summaries, and financial statements for management. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations during the night shift. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Ensure the safety and security of guests and property by monitoring hotel premises. Assist in resolving any issues or emergencies that arise overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of room availability, occupancy, and payments. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred. Prior experience in Front Office, Accounts, or Audit roles is an advantage. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in hotel management software (IDS/Opera/Fidelio or similar) and MS Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle night operations responsibly. Flexible with working hours, especially overnight shifts.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
