Division : Production Engineering (PE) Department : NPE (New Projects Engineering) Job Location : Gurgaon Plant Job Title : Asst Manager/ Deputy Manager Educational Qualification : BE/BTech(Mechatronics/Electrical/ECE/Mechanical) Experience : 4 to 6 years Job Responsibilities Explore and identify new technology solutions to improve existing manufacturing technology capability and adopt new manufacturing technologies (like Industry 4.0, Data analytics) Design and execute POCs to evaluate solution options Prepare comparative studies of solution options and propose optimum solutions Prepare implementation roadmaps and secure management approval Drive project implementation along with stakeholders Competencies / Skills Understanding of the manufacturing industry Basic understanding of Electrical and controls Project management Good Communication & presentation skills, influencing & negotiation skills, networking skills, and a team player.
