Job Description


1. Pre-Opening Phase: - Collaborate with the culinary, design, and construction teams to assess potential new restaurant locations. - Develop comprehensive pre-opening plans, including staffing, training, menu planning, and operational processes. - Ensure that the restaurant layout, decor, and ambiance align with the intended guest experience. 2. Staffing and Training: - Recruit, hire, and onboard restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, kitchen staff, and support personnel. - Develop and implement training programs to familiarize new hires with the restaurants culture, menu offerings, service standards, and safety procedures. - 3. Operational Excellence: - Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various restaurant functions, including guest services, food preparation, kitchen operations, and cleanliness. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify operational strengths and areas for improvement. 4. Menu Implementation and Quality Assurance: - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth menu implementation, including ingredient sourcing, recipe standardization, and presentation consistency. - Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that food and beverage offerings meet the restaurants standards and guest expectations.
