AIMLEAP is Hiring: New Sales Lead Generation Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 IT Staffing USA
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Location: Work From Home
Salary: 12 Lacs to 25 Lacs INR PA + Attractive Sales Incentive
Work Time: 2 pm IST to 11 pm IST (To be flexi time)
No of positions: 2 Nos
Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM/Engineering
Industry: IT-ITES
Notice Period: Immediate- 1 week Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and expanding our business in the USA and Canada staffing market. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation in the US staffing industry. or can have business development experience along with recruitment in US/Canada Market. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target companies.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales prospecting techniques.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance
  • Knowledge of the IT staffing industry and related technologies.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Experience with business development and account management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on lead generation in the US staffing industry
  • Proven track record of generating leads and building a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter with a drive to succeed.
