Account Executive - New Installation Sales is responsible for project sales that starts with generating business, project execution and final delivery of the project to customer. The person is a \xe2\x80\x9cone - stop - window\xe2\x80\x9d for the customer. The person shall always also strive continuously to improve quality and service to the customer with a view to \'Delight the Customer\'.

The key responsibilities include the following; \xe2\x80\xa2 Generating leads \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying sales opportunities by constantly scanning the environment, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given timeframe. \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting volume and profit targets and operating within the agreed cost and profit margin framework. \xe2\x80\xa2 Is the \xe2\x80\x9cone - stop - window\xe2\x80\x9d for the customer. Leading the project to its successful completion and handing over to the customer \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with the Installation Team and the Logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervising the work of the sub-contractors and other external agencies like suppliers, labor contractors etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for receivables \xe2\x80\xa2 Handles customer within a defined territory / geographic location

Education Qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Graduation (any graduation) \xe2\x80\xa2 Post graduation - will be an added advantage

Professional experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Min. 5 years of experience into project sales in the related industry

Skills required \xe2\x80\xa2 Go-getter attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Great influencing skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be good in follow-up and close looping \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Management
