Company Description Two Brothers Organic Farms is a certified organic farm that produces fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and processed foods. At TBOF, we are committed to finding alternative solutions to the problems we see in agriculture today, such as soil fertility, chemical-free food, and sustainable living. Our farm is home to indigenous cows and is certified organic by Ecocert. Founded in 2013 by Satyajit and Ajinkya, both MBA graduates with a passion for agriculture, TBOF offers a unique opportunity to work with a team dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a New Product Development Executive located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The New Product Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and launching new products for TBOF, with a focus on organic, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure that new products meet customer needs and align with TBOF\'s values. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in food , marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in new product development, preferably in the food or agriculture industry Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of organic, sustainable, and locally sourced ingredients, with a passion for environmentally conscious practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing successful new products
