Job Title: Product Development Executive Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane West, Maharashtra. Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: The company is an EdTech start-up, well-funded and backed by a large publishing enterprise to develop new-age products based on 21st-century skills for students of age group 6-18 years. The company\'s objective is to enter into the skills-based market with the concept of STEM and other upcoming fields such as ICT and digital literacy. : We are seeking highly motivated and talented B.Tech/MCA/B.SC/MSc./ freshers and experienced candidates to join our team. As a Product Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing high-quality educational products including digital content, video, graphics, presentations and other educational material that facilitates learning and inspires students to excel. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of education and make a meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Create educational content, including written articles, video scripts, presentations, and interactive materials, that align with curriculum requirements and learning objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of specific educational topics and subjects and transform complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Conduct in-depth research to gather information, data, and resources for content creation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Incorporate visual elements, animations, and multimedia assets into content to enhance engagement.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with educational standards.
• Collect and analyze feedback from educators, students, and peers to continuously improve and refine content.
• Ensure that content is developed and delivered within established timelines and is ready for use in educational programs.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/MCA/B.SC/MSc./ freshers
• 0-3 Years\xe2\x80\x99 Experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A passion for education and a desire to make learning more accessible and engaging.
• Effective research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into easily digestible content.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• An innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
