Key Responsibilities:



Identify customer needs and coordinate with R&D/technical teams to support

new product development (NPD)

. Visit client sites to conduct or assist in

product trials and sample testing

. Gather technical feedback from customers during trials and relay information to the development team. Manage customer communications related to

RFQs, product specifications, trial planning, and approvals

. Support the preparation of

product documentation

(technical data sheets, SOPs, if applicable). Coordinate

first-level technical discussions

with customers to explain product benefits, applications, and suitability. Monitor and report on the performance of new products in field applications. Ensure smooth transition from trial to commercial sales by aligning with internal sales and production teams. Maintain detailed records of all NPD activities, client interactions, and trial outcomes.

Key Skills Required:



Technical knowledge of industrial products (e.g., chemicals, sheet metals, mechanical components, etc.) Strong communication and customer-handling skills Ability to travel for client meetings and factory trials Problem-solving attitude and proactive coordination between teams Should have a Bike

Qualifications:



Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or relevant field 1-4 years of experience in sales support, trials, or NPD roles Experience with technical sales or product trials preferred

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
