New Commercialization Executive
: Effectively execute the New commercialization processes in the designated area:

• Ensure a rock-solid platform for robust and successful launches in the territory
• Develop key insights into crop and segment as well as brand experiences to ensure strong and relevant positioning of the product
• Develop thorough Knowledge and understanding of all new commercialization brands for laying out value Plot Demos (VPDs) for Commercial CP Portfolio
• Execute the VPD protocol of the new product in the territory and train the team
• Gain insightfulness and sharp focus in value creation efforts of Prelaunch products
• Compile key customers unmet needs and value drivers in key crop and pest segments
• Understand growers CTQs and key insights on the grower practices.
• Ensure territory planning of Market units by STP based on the crop & pest segment.
• Establish KPIs and KPM s of the new product and identify differentiators and delighters and gaps if any
• Develop thorough knowledge on NBCA s Value in use, positioning and overall competitive landscape.
• Assist in value pricing based on VPD analysis and value delivery.
• Assist in developing compelling value proposition strategy for the new products
• Recruit, on board, train & track the activities of the new commercialization market ignition team.
• Accomplishing the targeted stakeholder plan –Grower & channel exposure to the prelaunch products by excellent coordination with the Sales and DG team.
• Liaison with scientists & officials of Agriculture Universities, Research stations and various agriculture & allied dep
• Timely submission of LPD reports & data analysis

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent
