Full-time Mumbai
Role:
- Coordinate with event organizers/partners/merchants/internal stakeholders/teams for end to end settlements process.
- Gather and collate necessary data associated to events for smooth settlements with merchants.
- Identify leaks/process gaps and report them
- Analyze data and accurately report to the accounts team for final payouts
- Maintain and optimize weekly finance operations for the settlements team.
- Update the weekly settlements payouts dashboard for clients with respect to reconciliations, invoices and other deductibles
- Keeping record of the weekly receivables and payable's (Merchant level)
- Assist the BD team with finance queries from merchants and provide closure
- Helping with Monthly MIS closure
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the Finance stream
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Excel, Indirect taxes & exposure to agreements/MOU's
- Great business acumen and eye for detail
