Role Description The New Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing and nurturing relationship with prospective clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida, and the candidate will be expected to work closely with our team of PR professionals to identify potential growth areas, develop strategies to approach target clients and achieve a measurable ROI. Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the PR or advertising industry Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible and adaptable attitude
