We are currently seeking a Network Support Senior Analyst to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsibility:
- Provide daily maintenance and High priority incident/problem resolution for network and Security -related issues
- Operate and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and its related service
- Good knowledge in Cisco Switches and Cisco Wireless devices.

- AIR-WLC2112
- Hands-on Experience on Aruba and ENTERASYS L3/L2 switches and WAN Routers are added advantages
- Identify, diagnose and resolve complex network problems in LAN controller.
- Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
- Network Installation: Plans and monitors the installation of network systems (Switches and WiFi Devices).
- Troubleshoots diagnoses and resolves network problems.
- Analyzes facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies. Develops capacity planning models.
- Provides network planning recommendations to L3 and Subject matrix Expert.
- Evaluates services provided by vendors and recommends changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of Network Data experience
- CCNA preferred and CCNP Recommend
