Description Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements 1. Resolve or escalate level-appropriate technical issues for customers in accordance with team playbook guidelines via phone and ticketing 2. Secure, administer, and improve customer networks, including firewalls, switches, load balancers, intrusion detection systems, and web application firewalls 3. DNS Management. 4. Should have sound knowledge in Cloud native, Cloud native firewall, networking and infrastructure, n/w components of cloud architecture, cloud native load balancers 5. Troubleshoot monitoring alerts and create tickets accordingly . Escalate support requests according to escalation procedures 6. Palo Alto Cloud firewall. Perform incident management identification, assist in managing and escalation. 7. Ensure adherence to customer & SLA commitments 8. Monitor ticket response times and take appropriate actions to ensure team response time targets are met 9. Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Consultants to build strong customer relationships 10. Collaborate and share knowledge with other administrators on the support floor 11. Provide Fanatical Experience to customers in all the above 12. Should have good experience in Palo Alto, Aviatrix, Azure Firewall cloud networking and cloud architecture 13. Should be Well Versed with networking technology like routing, VPN Setup 14. Should be comfortable working with customers\' networking team 15.
