The Role Your Role and Responsibilities : The Network Engineer will be a member of the Global Infrastructure Network Operate quad. This person will be responsible for network operations and infrastructure services regionally and globally. As a part of the Network Team, your responsibilities will include day to day tickets and support, participation in on-call rotation, and documentation. Provide technical support to ensure a high degree of Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance. Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. This environment includes, but is not limited to: Cisco routers, Cisco IOS switches, Cisco Nexus line, Cisco ASA firewalls, Vyatka Firewalls. Who You Are Required Professional and Technical Expertise : More than 15 years of Experience in handling Network and Security Operations. Sound Knowledge and experience in ITIL process. Understanding and experience in handling Network NOC operations. Sound Knowledge of Network and Security Technology. Driving Technical team for ensuring SLA are met. Leading high severity issues and RCA preparation. Preparing and Driving client governance calls. Handled Large Team of 40-50 Team members to lead. Direct Client management role. Experience in handling Large operations. Understanding of P&L statements. Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise : CCNP or equivalent industry &/or business networking experience desired Hands on experience with VLANs and routing. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix security (Firewalls, ACLs, Authentication, etc.). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.
