JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for Maintaining transactional excellence across all Procurement related work done with Domestic and Global customers by showing continuous process efficiency to best possible scope. Also being Subject Matter expert in assigned process to meet work deliverables on consistent way as per aligned standards.

JOB RELATED STATISTICS:

• All Global Facilities using Log net, Next Gen, NDSA, EDI, CBS, CGM & Mach1

JOB DUTIES:

• Supply Network Specialist need to support all category teams located across Various Global facilities in terms of buying materials related to both site and production using different ERPs right from RFQ issuance to Supplier Payment related process.
• Create Purchase Requisitions / Order, tooling POs for all facilities in various ERPs based on customer requests to meet required SLAs on all areas.
• Weekly tracking and reports consolidation on Process metrics. Giving best process ideas on efficiency improvement as subject matter expert
• Making sure they have end to end understanding on all process they support for.
• Attending customer meetings along with team leads on new work take over

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Educational Qualification - Any bachelor\'s degree/Engineering Graduates with Good Academic Record is Eligible (Master\'s in supply chain could be added advantage)
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Supply chain field such as Procurement, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Need Proficient presentation skills and supporting team leads on customer meetings.
• Willing to work in 24/5 Night shift as we support Globally.
• Training new joiners on required process whenever needed.
• Conduct regular process audits and submit reports to leadership team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
• Knowing all MS Office Skills is preferred. (Excel, PPT, Access, and Power BI)
