Your Role and Responsibilities

• Good communicate and interaction with client
• Govern Security & Compliance for the Network Tower
• Support to the architecture consulting specific to the site & requirement.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis addressing 5 whys and CAPA adherence.
• Drive and Review TAC cases.
• Provide Optimisation opportunity for renewals of labour and AMC renewals.
• Identify training need for the team and drive training facilitation.
• Should be able to engage with levels of Sponsors and Executives.
• Should be able to work with cross functional team for account and organisation success.
• Must be able to track SLAs performance and ensure no breach and penalty for it.
• Embrace New ways of working, Agile, SRE adoption of Automation Actively deploy & utilise global Automation initiative

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 16+ Years in managing large scale network projects and operation in 24x7x365 Datacentre & LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience in telecom & large data centre networking of 100% uptime. Product specific knowledge - Arista, Cisco/Juniper, Fortinet, F5
• Hands-on experience in Routing/Switching/Firewall/Load balancers, Wi-Fi etc preferred
• Team & people management of 30+ members
• Analytical and logical troubleshooting skills in large and complex networks
• Good communicate and interaction with client

• You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies
• Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work

• Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications
