For P1 band Network Manager / Network Lead The band P1 exp: 12 16 yrs, Hyderabad. # Item Expected value Criteria 1 Certifications in Network Area CCNP, CCIE Routing Switching Must 2 Experience in Network area Candidate to provide total 15 years of experience in Network domain. Must 3 Roles played (Operations support, Engineering, Architecture, Consultant) 5+ years of experience in leading network operations for large size enterprise network with minimum 2000+ devices Setup should include Data Center Network. Large Campus Wired + Wireless, WAN Must 4 Team Size handled leading team of 10+ Network engineers Must 5 Number of maximum device supported in operations 2000+ Little flexible 6 Immigration status Valid work permit for US (For US position) Must 7 Current location and willingness to relocate to Cleveland (if not ready, drop it) Must 8 SME Level skills in areas Cisco Nexus switches Cisco Cat Switches ISR / ASR Routers Check Point / ASA firewalls Netscaler Load Balancers MPLS, VPNs Tools such as Solarwinds, Cisco Prime / DNA and NetScout Infoblox Should meet 90% criteria 9 Operational exposure Strong experience in managing Network operations for large enterprise network Must have contributed improvements and operational excellence Ensure high customer satisfaction, someone that is capable of recognizing support gaps, anticipating blockers to service improvements, and is focuses on organizing our resources to be more efficient in the way that we see the data and respond to the data when we are troubleshooting (and before troubleshooting is needed).
