  • New Internet Connection\'s Activation.
  • Router Configuration
  • Troubleshooting of Complaints including Speed Issue/Router Re-configuration/Session Interruption.
  • Upload the required software over the customer\'s device.
  • Basic Computer hardware troubleshooting.
  • Response to customer\'s quires in professional manner.
Skills :- Computer Hardware, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Troubleshooting, LAN operations, Optical fiber connectivity, Security, Configuration, Software and hardware.
