To Maintain and manage DA E-mail Admin Panel of client; h. To Maintain and Manage WebEx and Bharat VC Admin Panel of ministry i. To Provide technical Support in ministry various event (Web Cast and technical Work) j. To Configure and install digital signature certificate in E-office, sparrow and e gazette and to verify digital signature through various portal (e-mudra/ ekyc conect sify) k. To Coordinate with various ministers regarding minister personation and Virtual Meetings l. To take care of daily Health Check of all the VC (Video Conference) Endpoints and Core Infra (Gateway, Gatekeeper, and MCU) and Publishing START OF THE DAY Health Check Report to the Clients and the Senior Management. m. To Report Problem found in the VC Endpoints or Core Infra to the appropriate team. n. To Isolate the Connectivity issues before the Actual VC and fixing it. o. To Check the connectivity of the IP & ISDN Enabled VC Endpoint at the Start of the Day. p. To Provide E - mail Support and Telephonic Support for the issues in the live Video Conference. q. To Respond to Users Queries through E-mail and helping them to Organize Video Conference with multiple locations. r. Proficient leveling in using Video Conferencing codecs like Panasonic KX VC1600X, KX-VC1300, client level in using Video Conferencing codec\xe2\x80\x99s like Polycom View Station, FX, VSX 7000, VSX 7000s, VSX 7000e, VSX 8000 Series, and Visual Concert. s. Proficient level in Streaming & Video Recording. t. To coordinate with another ministry regarding minister\'s and secretaries virtual and presentation meetings u.
