Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure systems. ? Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful deployment of IT solutions. ? Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups as required. ? Document and report on technical issues. ? Knowledge on Asset Management. ? Knowledge on multiple vendor management. ? Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed. ? Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices. ? Knowledge in Installing, Upgrading and Deploying Network Devices - ₹ Firewall ? Switch ? Access point ? Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and understanding Skills. ? Knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity, printers, and User access issues. ? Experience in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues. ? Experience in printer installation and configuration. ? Configuration and Maintenance of routers and switches. ? Maintaining and configuring printers via LAN & Troubleshooting printer issues. ? Maintaining and accessing the Remote User system and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
