Key Responsibilities

Provide

L3 support

for complex incidents, escalations, and change requests across enterprise networks. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot

routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers

. Perform

root cause analysis

of recurring issues and implement long-term fixes. Lead network design, planning, and capacity management for LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center environments. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the network infrastructure. Implement and maintain

network security

including ACLs, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and firewall policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on

network projects, migrations, and upgrades

. Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes. Monitor network performance using tools like

SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Cisco Prime

. Ensure compliance with

ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3-8 years

of hands-on experience in enterprise networking.

Mandatory CCNP certification

(Enterprise, Security, or equivalent track). Strong knowledge of

Cisco routers, switches, and firewall technologies (ASA, Firepower, Palo Alto, Fortinet preferred)

. Expertise in

routing protocols

(OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS). Proficiency in

switching technologies

(VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, QoS). Experience in

VPN technologies

(IPSec, DMVPN, SSL VPN). Knowledge of

network security policies, IDS/IPS, ACLs, and NAC solutions

. Familiarity with

SD-WAN

and cloud networking (AWS/Azure). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle

P1/P2 critical issues

independently. Excellent communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.

Pay: ₹193,918.40 - ₹959,243.81 per year
