This position supports the Technology Operations Center (TOC). Provides Core Network Troubleshooting and support Tier 2 and 3 break/fix functions across global network and voice.
Ensure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix Network enabling end users to access data resources needed to perform job functions. Perform data network resources administration and maintenance along with data network equipment installation. Receive analyze monitor and resolve network problems in accordance with published Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and fixing P1/P2 global incidents & RCA
Troubleshoot P3/P4 daily incidents tickets
RMA from TAC- Replacement (Vendor Management to make sure tickets are moving along as needed
Assists in monitoring and adjusting LAN/WAN performance in SolarWinds, as necessary, to ensure LAN/WAN integrity and performance.
