Must be CCNA certified CCNP Routing and Switching desirable - Atleast routing or switching paper cleared Good knowledge on switching and routing, wireless technologies. In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in implementing, managing, and troubleshooting network setup with Firewall appliances from different Vendors: Cisco, Fortigate or Palo Alto Hands on experience on Loadbalancer: Citrix Netscalar Candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting on Cisco Catalyst 6500 switches, Nexus switches (9K, 5K), Cisco 3750 and Bluecoat Proxy. In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in handling and troubleshooting network (data & security) related issues. Work on Incidents, Problem and change management. Should be adverse with ITIL Processes.
