This will be done by primarily covering aspects like dealer appointments, new dealer handholding and dealers training & development. The role will include revival plans for degrowing / stuck dealers.
1. Develop systems ro improve dealer performance
2. Coordinating with Zonal Heads and Finance for monthly billing completion
3. Dealer incentive program development and execution
4. Monthly BTL Activities Planning & Execution
5. Enquiry Management - Monthly Generation & Follow-up
6. Tractor Delivery and win-lose analysis
7. Retail Management and money collection monitoring for billing
8. Channel Development / Network Management & planning
