Job Description

Provide onsite and remote support for IT infrastructure, networks, and ELV systems. Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls), servers, PCs, and peripherals. Perform structured cabling tasks, including UTP and fiber installations, patch panel termination, and rack dressing. Install CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi, IP phones, and related ELV systems. Assist with new site implementation, system upgrades, and equipment deployment. Conduct periodic preventive maintenance for IT and ELV systems. Maintain accurate documentation for service calls, site visits, and project updates. Ensure timely reporting of job status through the CRM to the technical coordinator and team leader. Interact professionally with clients to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
