Position: NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant
Employment Type: Full-Time
Office Timing: 12 PM to 9PM (Mon - Fri)
CTC Range: 8 - 10 LPA

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in NetSuite ERP and the ability to support integrations, particularly using Celigo (Integrator.io). The ideal candidate will effectively bridge business needs with system capabilities while ensuring smooth and scalable NetSuite operations.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design across key NetSuite modules such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Financials, and Projects.
Configure NetSuite forms, fields, roles, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
Perform GAP analysis and recommend best-practice solutions to meet business objectives.
Handle UAT, end-user training, documentation, and post-production support.
Act as the primary functional contact for NetSuite queries, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Review Celigo integration flows, troubleshoot functional errors, and coordinate with integration or development teams.
Technical Responsibilities (Good to Have)
Good to have knowledge of SuiteScript (User Events, Client Scripts, Suitelets, Scheduled Scripts, Map/Reduce) for minor enhancements or validations.
Understanding of integration troubleshooting, especially with Celigo or similar middleware platforms.
Familiarity with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics for system customization and reporting.
Exposure to RESTlets, SOAP web services, or other integration technologies.
Ability to support data migration tasks such as CSV imports and data clean-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong functional understanding of NetSuite ERP across core business processes.
Experience reviewing or supporting Celigo Integrator.io flows from a functional perspective.
Hands-on experience working with NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.
Good understanding of integration concepts and data flow between systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.
Experience with NetSuite implementation or enhancement projects is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant).
Experience with Celigo flow building or certification.
Exposure to additional middleware, ERP, or SaaS integrations.
