As a successful candidate for our NetSuite Developer position in our Bangalore office, you will get an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your responsibilities range from production support to project implementation development efforts.

Developers on our team support multiple business groups and/or applications so you may also be asked to learn and support other applications. You will collaborate tightly with a highly talented & committed applications team, including systems analysts. You are an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner - and you expect the same to be reciprocated. You must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and have an aptitude for thriving in complex situations. Lastly, you should enjoy working in a fast-paced, self-directed, diverse and customer service-oriented environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in application development for new projects as well as troubleshoot problems with existing code using tools detailed below.
• Work with systems analysts to refine requirements.
• Prepare detailed Technical Specifications, from which programs will be written, and design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Participate in unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Assist with troubleshooting and application performance issues (e.g., performance tuning).
• Develop code.
• Work as part of a cross-platform team with other SME in Salesforce (Sales, Support, and Experience Cloud f.k.a. Pardot), UKG Pro f.k.a., UltiPro, and others.
• Resolve problems, document issues and resolutions.
• Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implementing corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department and other departments as needed as it pertains to projects and deliverables that are associated with Netsuite.

• Minimum 4-5 years overall IT experience.
• Minimum 4 year s of NetSuite development/administrator experience.
• Development and configuration experience in at least 2 of the following functional areas: Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management
• Use of debug and tracing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more of the functional areas: Financials, Sales/Marketing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management
• Required Technical NetSuite Experience:

• SuiteScript
• Integrations and Interfaces (via Boomi, SuiteApps, and/or API)
• Data Dictionary.
• Suite Analytics Connect
• Workflows
• Reporting - Classic/Interactive Reporting

• Understanding of NetSuite technical architecture, system level troubleshooting.
• Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT and accounting activities and processes beyond NetSuite.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Nice to have Knowledge on Salesforce technical architecture, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce.
