Job Profile: Netbackup Administrator
Required Experienced: 1+ Years or Above
Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai : Exp Daily backup Jobs monitoring & updating the Daily Checklist
- Netbackup client installation (Backup commissioning)
- Normal File system /VM snapshot backup preparation
- Data Restoration Requests - Network Backup
- VM Snapshot Restoration
- Manual SAR cycle operation
- FS Mounting /Unmounting / DG Import / Deport for BCV Based Backup
- Basic understanding about backup tools (Veritas Netbackup) and understanding its process flow (daemons).
- Basic knowledge about Server Hardware, OS and its config files.
- Basic knowledge about networking (Master-->Media--Client) communication.
- Basic knowledge about Backup Provisioning/De-Provisioning as per user requirements.
- Basic knowledge about virtualization (snapshot level) backups.
