Years of Exp: 12 to 15 years Roles & Responsibilities: Expert in the following tech stack - .Net MVC, .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript and Azure Cloud. Should have implemented atleast two end to end Projects using the above tech stack Guide the team to come up with scalable solutions, and review both high and low level designs. Should be able to lead a team of Senior .Net & Azure developers and should be able to contribute technically on individual basis too Expertise in GIT and Azure DevOps. Should be able to provide inputs/changes to build and deploy process Expert in estimation techniques and planning & tracking using MPP. Should have managed teams of around 25 people across multiple projects Interface with multiple stakeholders from client to internal stakeholders from the initiation of the project till the closure of the same Work closely with Program Managers and Implementation Managers to deliver to their expectations Manage user expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects Resolve conflicts within the team. Enable the team members to grow and meet their aspirations. Prioritize, assign and monitor tasks throughout the software development life cycle Set coding standards for more defect free and maintainable code Set higher standards for Unit Testing Help define processes for end to end delivery of projects and work to deliver based on the same Analyze requirements and change requests to determine the scope of work and estimate the level of effort for application changes. Provide problem resolution support, specific to application issues identify and resolve problems in application software, determine symptoms and ensures accurate problem definition Articulate and maintain architectural objectives and metrics for the project Experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe. Experience in managing projects outsourced to Vendors would be a plus.
