Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for business-critical applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. Perform bug fixes, enhancements and deployments. Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues. Handle minor and major enhancements, including code changes (primarily in .NET and Angular) and configuration updates. Participate in release management, patching and deployment activities. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and maintain knowledge base articles. Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Technical Skills Required:

Application Layer:

Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core Proficiency in Angular Basic knowledge of Java jQuery

Database:

MS SQL Server Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning

Hosting / Cloud:

Exposure to any cloud platform Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
