Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Ascendon-based application development. Design and review solution architectures for cloud-native services on AWS. Lead development activities using C# and .NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and

best practices.

Guide and mentor Software Development Engineers; perform code reviews and enforce

quality standards.

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment readiness. Collaborate with Architects, Business Consultants, and Scrum Master to ensure delivery

alignment.

Proactively manage technical risks, dependencies, and non-functional requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

7-9 years of experience in enterprise software development. Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, C#, and .NET-based application development. Experience leading development teams in Agile environments. Solid understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, and messaging technologies. Exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
