About this opportunity Are you a highly dedicated person who\xe2\x80\x99s loves Networking and would like to work with other Network Engineers who operates Network Backbone, Ericsson is this place, and we have an exciting opportunity for you in a fast-paced, highly collaborative technical environment.
In this role, you would:

• Participation in presales and delivery of services in Network Design and Optimization (NDO)
• Provide RF high level and detail design
• SME in Radio Network Optimization
• RF technical lead for Optimization team
• Lead the team for project delivery
• Handling of external and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of RF EME assessment
• Responsible to maintain high quality delivery from the team
• Support the program on any ad-hoc activities
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

• Minimum 14 years of experience in Telecommunications industry
• Solid grasp and experience in RF design and tuning in 4G/5G RAN product and network
• Good knowledge of 4G/5G RF solution
• Experience for 4G/5G design, cluster tuning, cell performance solve\xe2\x80\xa6etc
• Experience on design tool \xe2\x80\x93 Planet, Atoll
• Radio Network Optimization SME
• Ability to analyze UE, CTR logs etc. and make recommendations to improve performance
• Analyze RAN KPIs and formulas and make recommendations to improve performance
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrable experience with internal/external senior stakeholder management
