Qualifications :
- MBA from reputed Business School
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; good at using PowerPoint / excel for basic analytics
- 5+ years of FMCG experience with 5+ years in handling Metro cities
Reports to : VP Sales
Direct Reportee : Business Analyst Metro sales
In-direct reportees : Metro sales managers / ZVP / CBH / BH / RGM
Co-ordinates : Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Logistics and IT, GM MT & GM IT HOR
Key Result Area:
- ABP target vs Achievement in Volume / INR
- New Outlets opened monthly
- Outlets served in correlation to Population
- CP Retention 95%+
- Market Share gains
- Modern Trade Increased share of shelves
- New IT HOR accounts & sustaining it
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Distribution
- To execute S&D model for all PAPL brands in the Metro Cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore
- Special focus on 3 Metros of South India
- Conceptualizing and formulating S&D calendar as per business strategy for all Channels TT / MT / IT HOR Outlets Reach and Volume matrix
- Deliver Sales ABP of defined Metro territories with BH / ZVP
- To strategies business dynamically for the increase of market share on sustainable basis.
- Manage Customer Relationship - Develop and manage Channel Partners, to drive S&D.
- Deliver targets as per the Annual Business Plan for both GT MT IT HOR
- Designing Trade Promotion Programs & execute it
- Driving share of shelf / Chilled Stocks with Retailers
- Provide Inputs for Marketing calendar for the year (BTL Activations, Merchandising, Trade Promotions etc.)
- Establish travel and market contacts plan for self, in direct reportees and the entire sales team.
