Position : National Sales Manager - Metro
Reports to : VP-Sales
Qualification & Experience:
1. MBA from reputed Business School
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills; good at using PowerPoint / excel for basic analytics
3. 15+ years of FMCG experience with 5+ years in handling Metro cities
Responsibilities:
1. To execute S&D model for all the client\'s brands in the Metro Cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai & Bangalore
2. Special focus on 3 Metros of South India
3. Conceptualizing and formulating S&D calendar as per business strategy for all Channels GT / MT / IT HOR Outlets Reach and Volume matrix
4. Deliver Sales ABP of defined Metro territories with BH / ZVP
5. To strategize business dynamically for the increase of market share on sustainable basis.
6. Manage Customer Relationship - Develop and manage Channel Partners, to drive S&D.
7. Deliver targets as per the Annual Business Plan for both GT / MT / IT HOR
8. Designing Trade Promotion Programs & execute it
9. Driving share of shelf / Chilled Stocks with Retailers
10. Provide Inputs for Marketing calendar for the year (BTL Activations, Merchandising, Trade Promotions etc.)
11. Establish travel and market contacts plan for self, in direct reportees and the entire sales team.
