Job brief We are looking for a dedicated and passionate National Sales Manager to join our team, where they will be responsible to drive branded content and advertising revenue for Asiaville, with a focus on the Southern markets of Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu. The brands and agencies would have to be sourced from key markets like Bombay, Delhi and Bangalore. Location Bangalore Objectives of this role Partner with national brands and agencies in Bombay, Bangalore and Delhi to pitch Southern vernacular language content solutions from Asiaville\xe2\x80\x99s content operations spanning Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu Pitch Asiaville as the Content + Creator company in the South for all national brands and agencies to partner with Pitch the AyeVee app as the one stop solution for Creators across languages for brands to partner with Work closely with Creator & Community team to further build out the roster of 5,000+ creators Asiaville works with across the Southern market Build IP\xe2\x80\x99s that leverage Asiaville\xe2\x80\x99s core strengths of Content + Creators through the year Work with OTT platforms on series pitches developed by Asiaville for brand integrations and positioning Work towards revenue targets with a focus on branded content and IP\xe2\x80\x99s mainly targeting Southern market Work closely with our South based sales teams on growing Asiaville\xe2\x80\x99s national sales footprint Build and foster teams that are committed to our culture of innovation Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth Responsibilities Monitor the marketplace and analyse opportunities, with a focus on the branded content market and building a bridge to the South market Remain well-connected with national brands and agencies in key cities like Bombay, Delhi and Bangalore Collaborate with the Sales, Content, Creator & Community, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to formulate business models for achieving revenue goals Build a strong revenue pipeline from branded content, in line with company targets on a monthly/ quarterly basis Requirements and skills Proven track record of growing revenue for a Media/ Digital Media company on the Ad Sales/ Branded Content/ Business Development side Strong contact network with advertising agencies and brands in key markets like Bombay, Delhi and Bangalore Good understanding of South content market in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu is preferred as this is the selling point Significant P&L experience Being results-oriented Job Type: Full-time Salary: 93,600,000.00 - 94,800,000.00 per year Schedule:
