National Sales Head

:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our national sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the staffing industry. The Sales Head will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Base location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue and growth targets in the staffing sector.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to excel in their roles, consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive forces to identify opportunities for growth and development.

- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and tracking opportunities through the sales cycle.

- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.

- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with the operations and recruitment teams to ensure the timely fulfilment of client staffing requirements.

- Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum of Bachelor\'s/PG degree

- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the staffing industry for 10+ years with a total experience of 14+ years.

- Strong understanding of staffing services, including temporary, permanent, and contract staffing.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- High level of adaptability and a results-oriented mindset.
