Job Description

The National Sales Head will oversee and drive the project sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and nurture high-performing teams.

  • Drive PEB sales in industrial, warehousing, logistics, and infra sectors; build client and EPC relationships.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals with cost estimates, structural feasibility, and code compliance.
  • Manage tenders, contracts, and coordinate project execution with design and fabrication teams.
  • Build client networks, track market trends, and provide inputs for solution development.
  • Ensure timely collections and manage credit risk for healthy cash flow.
