Location - BengaluruExp - 6+Senior Product Marketing roleThe India field marketing manager plans, organizes and executes regional marketing programs to create interest and demand from relevant buyers at semiconductor and electronics customers locally. The role collaborates closely across the global marketing and BU team and India sales organization to support the attainment of sales and business revenue objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with centralized global marketing functions and the BU campaign lead to execute activities in region to drive demand to meet financial targets; prove direction to maximize events in person and virtual; and work with sales and partners to convert demand created by global marketing programs. The experienced candidate deeply understands the India market, has a strong affinity for customer and sales success, experience in account-based marketing and event planning and the ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams. Background in the semiconductor and electronics industries a plus.Responsibilities :- Voice of the Region: Utilize feedback collection, customer intimacy and knowledge of regional industry associations and watering holes to provide strategic input on regional or product/offering/application elements of campaign plan, co-develop tactics and provide relevant messaging and feedback to improve regional marketing activities.- Local Campaign Activation Leverage sales relationships and account / local knowledge to develop and scale marketing plans and activities that drive awareness, demand and engagement at top semiconductor / electronics accounts. - Partner with local technical experts and sales to create compelling customer experiences including thought leadership, industry and NI hosted events, customer stories and content promotions to increase demand for relevant offerings and solutions.- Sales Enablement Regional sales communications to drive more customer engagement, plan, enable and support sales enablement training. Align marketing plans to drive regional account objectives and grow revenue. Coordinate BU / sales trainings and newsletters to ensure all regional sales is informed of new BU offerings and enablement.- Partner Marketing - Identify industry co-marketing opportunities with relevant associations, consortiums, customers and partners to drive awareness and reach across the region.- Regional Lead Conversion Manage prospecting activities, working with SDE group manager and BDM and account sales teams to drive expansion across key accounts in India through new contact acquisition and engagement.- Marketing Performance Regular reporting of marketing performance of field activities. Provide insights into successes and areas for improvement.Measures of Success :- Marketing influenced revenue from India-based semiconductor and electronics customers.- New contact growth from local industry accounts / buying groups- Increased awareness and engagement at local level- Cross functional leadership and collaboration to achieve business goalsQualifications :- 6+ years of marketing and/or sales experience- Experience in the semiconductor / consumer electronics industries preferred- Account based marketing experience preferred- Salesforce CRM experience preferred- Bachelors degree required- About Us :Why NI?There are many reasons to consider joining a company.
