Job Description

Objective:

Implement TCCC environment and safety policy across the manufacturing operations to Minimize Environment impact and improve occupational health and safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Implementing TCCC - environment policy across operations through cluster team.
• Drive resource management program across regions in conservation of water and energy resources.
• Operations and regional team capability development in all environment facets.
• Drive special environmental and energy management projects like RWH, Sustainable water management, solid waste management and recycling program, energy cost reduction, Improve Green Energy Utilisation.
• Drive Carbon Emission reduction in the manufacturing activities.
• Generate MIS on Environmental KPI, Audit CAPS, EPM, Energy and Renewable energy data.
• Work with project/plant team in design finalization of environment resources and water sustainability projects
• Conduct environmental assessments (SVA/ERA/ESDD etc..) of plants with identified vendors and drive implementation of identified action plans.
• Manage Environmental Assurance program, drive implementation of effective action plans.

Key Customers:

Internal Customers: Cluster SC heads, Quality Managers, Factory Managers, HR, Legal, PAC, Finance.

External Customers: Environment agencies, government agencies, NGOs, Industry

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor/masters in Life Sciences/Technology/Chemistry/Environmental Sciences

Experience: 10 yrs plus (2 years in corporate role)
