Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and keen-eyed Brand Manager. The role requires a versatile skill set, including a strong background in both digital and traditional advertising, agency experience, and proven expertise in account and project management.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning: Lead in the planning and implementation of comprehensive 360-degree advertising campaigns, which include both digital and traditional media channels. Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, agencies, partner agencies, production houses, and vendors

- Brand Development: Utilize deep understanding of political narratives and voter sentiments to craft unique Creative Intellectual Property (IP) and marketing strategies.

- Agency Experience: Draw upon past experience in advertising and/or digital agencies to guide strategy, optimize efficacy, and foster partnerships. Design brand identities from the ground up and own them.

- Account & Project Management: Take charge of account logistics, budgeting, and timelines to ensure projects are completed to high standards on schedule.

- End-to-End Campaign Conceptualization: Develop and execute campaigns from initial concept through completion, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives.

- Client Servicing: Act as the primary liaison with clients to interpret their needs and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Monitoring & Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics tools to assess campaign performance regularly, providing both short-term and long-term recommendations for improvement.

- Team Leadership: Manage team members through effective recruitment, orientation, and training, ensuring a cohesive and effective team.

- Partnership Management: Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with partner agencies, publishers, and other stakeholders.

Qualification :

- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marketing or a related field from a recognized Indian/International educational institution.

- A minimum of 0-6 years of relevant experience in a marketing or advertising agency, specifically in roles encompassing creative work or brand creation, growth, and/or product management.

- Demonstrable experience at a team management level.

- Proven experience in leading and managing high-impact campaigns that include both digital and traditional advertising channels.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with a broad range of branding techniques and comprehensive marketing frameworks.

- A strong passion for politics and marketing.

- Proficiency in media planning and content strategy.

- Client servicing experience is considered a bonus.
